CoolCat Camp Website
A bilingual website with online booking for CoolCat, a children's camp in Bakuriani with winter ski camps and summer mountain sessions.
Challenge
CoolCat runs children's camps in Bakuriani: winter camps built around skiing and snowboarding with professional instructors, and summer camps of mountain adventures, hiking, sports and creative workshops. Each 10-day session takes up to 40 children aged 7 to 15, with 10 instructors, three meals a day and, in summer, return transport between Tbilisi and Bakuriani.
The camp needed a website in Georgian and English that shows parents everything about each session and lets them reserve a place and pay online, while collecting the information the team needs about every child before the camp begins.
Solution
ABOVE Digital built CoolCat's bilingual website on WordPress and WooCommerce. Separate pages present the winter and summer camps, each with the session details — duration, age group, group size, instructors, meals and location — together with a description of the programme.
Parents choose a session and fill in a reservation form with the child's details, any allergies and medication, notes about the child's character and a copy of the birth certificate, and confirm that they accept the camp's terms. Places are paid online by card through Bank of Georgia or by bank transfer.
The site also carries the camp rules, terms and conditions, news and a photo gallery, with quick contact buttons on every page.
