ELA5 Laundry Mobile App
An iOS and Android app for ELA5 Laundry in Athens: book laundry, ironing and shoe care, choose pickup and delivery times and pay securely online.
Challenge
Ela Five runs serviced apartments, a café and a laundry service in the centre of Athens, Greece. ELA5 Laundry collects clothes and shoes from homes, apartments and hotels, has them professionally cleaned and ironed with trusted cleaning partners, and delivers them back across central Athens.
Local residents and visitors staying in hotels alike needed a quick way to book this service from their phones — choosing what to clean, when it should be collected and how fast it should come back — and to pay for it online.
Solution
ABOVE Digital built the ELA5 Laundry app for iOS and Android. Customers choose a category — laundry and dry cleaning, ironing or shoe care — add the items they want cleaned, then pick a collection date and time and how quickly the order should be delivered.
Payment is made securely online in the app, and every order can be followed through its stages — from collection and washing to drying and delivery — in the order history.
The app is free to download from the App Store and Google Play, and is designed for hotel guests, apartments and homes.
