A trilingual online store for MySufra, a Georgian supplier of tableware and household goods for homes and businesses, with an AI shopping assistant.
Challenge
MySufra supplies tableware, kitchen equipment, home appliances and household goods across Georgia, with a physical store in Batumi. It sells to families as well as to businesses — restaurants, hotels and offices that need regular, dependable supply — at wholesale prices, direct from the supplier.
The store had to make a catalogue of more than a thousand products easy to browse in Georgian, English and Russian, help customers find the right item quickly, and offer the payment and delivery options shoppers in Georgia expect.
Solution
ABOVE Digital built MySufra's trilingual online store on WordPress and WooCommerce. Products are organised into clear categories — tableware, kitchen equipment, home appliances, cleaning and household goods — with a wishlist and a “Buy now” button that takes customers straight to checkout.
An AI shopping assistant is built into the store: customers describe what they are looking for in their own words, and the assistant replies with matching products that can be added to the cart directly from the chat.
Customers can pay by card through Flitt, buy in instalments through Bank of Georgia, TBC Bank or Liberty Bank, or pay the courier in cash or by card. Delivery covers Tbilisi and every region of Georgia, and is free on orders over 50 GEL.
